16:23 Harmonics is factory authorized to handle Seydel diatonic and chromatic repairs, warranty service, and custom set-ups. Before shipping your Seydel for service, complete the customer contact form and read the information below.
CHROMATIC REPAIRS
Seydel chromatic repair prices can vary but generally run about $35.00 + return shipping of $13. Where possible, I will replace broken brass chromatic reeds with a polished stainless steel reed.
As a service to my customers, I will generally inspect the entire chromatic and perform any other needed routine maintenance.
Chromatic harmonicas can be shipped in the Seydel hinged chromatic box as pictured. Be sure to enclose a note with your name and address and a description of the problem. I do occasionally receive harmonicas with no identifying info inside.

U.S. Post Office theft has increased significantly. USPS shipments go to a cluster mailbox and although that is technically a "delivery" I will not guarantee or reimburse for lost shipments until the shipment is physically in my possession.
You may use the very economical UPS or FedEx options and those are delivered directly to my home address. In my view, these are safer options.
As a service to my customers, I offer prepaid shipping labels which I can email. Alternatively, I am can send a mailer with packing materials and a prepaid shipping label attached. To purchase either, hover your mouse over the photos below and a drop-down menu will show up.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am often asked if I work on brands other than Seydel. I am in partnership with Seydel and the company is committed to
players even after their purchase. Seydel insures that I am supplied with reeds, springs, and other parts so that Seydel repairs
can be made efficiently with minimal cost. I would be unable to provide the same level of service on non-Seydel brands. However,
I will gladly refer you to some great technicians who can handle non-Seydel repairs. Note that as a service to my customers I will provide a prepaid shipping label via email. Alternatively, I can also send customers packing materials and a box with a prepaid shipping label.

DIATONIC REPAIRS
Seydel diatonic repairs generally start at $18 + return shipping of $6. Additional reeds on the same harmonica will run an additional $5. The repair fee will include a quick check for reed performance and tuning but I can't promise other reeds will not fail.
I will replace all broken reeds with a polished stainless steel reed. In my experience, the replaced reeds will not fail again.
Diatonic harmonicas can be wrapped in bubble wrap or packing materials.
Enclose a note inside the package with your name and address.
I extend preferred repair rates and turnaround time on Seydel diatonic harmonicas which have been purchased directly from me.
Conversely, I charge higher rates on harmonicas purchased from Amazon, Guitar Center, and the other online discount retailers. Customers should plan on a longer turnaround time.
